Host a Pop Up

Interested in hosting the truck for a pop up event? Please take a look at our guidelines below - as well as our schedule to see when we'll be in your area - and then fill out the form at the bottom of this page to request a booking. Be sure to let us know where you're located!






  •  Host venue is responsible for securing parking for the truck, which is 22 ft long
  • If street parking, we will need to reserve two standard parallel parking spaces, or I can parallel park within three diagonal parking spaces
  • The retail display is located on the passenger side of the truck, so please be sure that customers will have safe access to shop and gather in that area


  • Power and Light Press will process all of our own sales from the truck


  • We need you to help spread the word! We will list your event on our website and post to social media in the days leading up to it, but you know your community best! Please use the marketing materials we have available on our website to promote the event to your customers and community.


  • Not required but appreciated! Wifi is helpful for processing payments and, if it’s hot, it’s really nice to be able to run the fans in the truck. A place to plug in a standard 3-prong extension cord is all I’ll need.


  • We love showing folks how to print, so we'll always have something fun set up on our antique letterpress as part of these public pop ups! If you'd like to print something custom for your shop or for your customers, please let us know. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to meet your wishes, but please contact us if there's something specific you'd like us to print at the event - we will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests, as long as we have at least two weeks lead time. Please be aware there will be a $25 charge for custom printing plates (if you want your logo or other specific design). Otherwise, you can just leave it up to us to set something of our own design (free!)
